The application process is easy. In fact, it is the same for all positions. Complete our online application from the convenience of your own home or you can walk-in to any West Asset Management location and apply on one of our in-house terminals.
To get started click on the "Apply" button, then search our current openings by job category, location or requisition number. Check the positions that match your experience, skills and interest and click "Apply for Jobs".
You can expect the application process to take 20 - 30 minutes. You can save your application at anytime and return later to complete.
If you meet the qualifications for the position you applied for, a Recruiter will contact you for a phone interview. This is our chance to learn more about your background and areas of expertise, while giving you an opportunity for you to learn more about our positions and our company.
Phone interviews vary in length, but are usually 30 - 60 minutes. Depending on the job you applied for, you may have to complete additional phone interviews.
After your phone interview is complete, the Recruiter will outline the next steps in the selection process.
The most qualified candidates are invited onsite to participate in an interview with the hiring manager. A Recruiter will contact you to set up a time for the interview and provide you with DIRECTIONS to our facility.
Face-to-Face interviews are an opportunity for you to share detailed information about your experience and abilities. We want to learn how your background can make a difference in our organization. But we want to be a good fit for you as well.
We know that interviewing can be anxiety ridden, but we promise to not leave you hanging. You can expect to hear from your Recruiter within 24 hours following your onsite interview. We want to hear your feedback on the interview process and assess your interest in the position.
Prepare your fact sheet with the following information:
Under work experience, the application form asks for your job title and dates of employment; the name, address, and phone number of the employer. The application also asks for your salary and your supervisor's name. Include part-time and full-time jobs. Make sure that the dates of employment don't overlap or conflict.
